Structured for practicing ophthalmologists looking to formalize and sharpen existing skills, ST-Catract Surgical Training - International takes a deliberately practical approach to International — every session pairs a short theory briefing with immediate wet-lab or live-case practice. Every module pairs a focused theory briefing with hands-on practice the same day, and trainees review their own recorded cases with faculty to close the loop between what they were taught and what they actually did. By the end of the programme, trainees leave with a documented case log, a realistic sense of their own skill level against an international benchmark, and the confidence to take on independent cases responsibly. A short written and practical assessment closes out the programme, giving both the trainee and referring institution a documented, comparable record of the skills actually demonstrated.
